These Terms of Service are between you and Shil.me (”Shil”, “Shil.me”, “we”, “us”, “our”)   Welcome

Welcome to Shil.me!   These Terms of Service govern your use of (which includes access to) Shil’s services, including all of our websites and software applications that incorporate or link to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Service”).   When you create a Shil.me account or otherwise use the Service, you agree to this Terms of Service. If you do not agree to this Terms of Service, then you must not use the Service.

The Shil.me Service Provided by Us

Service limitations and modifications

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, our service offerings and their availability may change from time to time, without liability to you; for example:

• The Service may experience temporary interruptions due to technical difficulties, maintenance or testing, or updates, including those required to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• We aim to evolve and improve the Service constantly and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Shil.me will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Connecting your wallet

In order create an account and access certain features of Shil.me, you must connect a digital wallet using a third party provider such as Metamask, Coinbase, and WalletConnect (”Third-Party Applications”). Your use of such Third-Party Applications may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies provided by you by the applicable third party.

Noncustodial

Shil.me is noncustodial. It does not take custody or possession of any your NFTs. The Service facilitates user curation of NFTs, but neither Shil.me nor the Service are custodians of any NFT. The user understands and acknowledges that Shil.me does not have custody, possession, or control of any NFT or cryptocurrency at any time on the Service.

Your use of the Service

Registration Obligations

Anyone can browse Shil.me without registering for an account. You may be required to register with Shil.me order to access and use certain features on the Service, such as creating your own rooms.

Member account and security

You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account.

You agree to (a) immediately notify Shil.me of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing Shil.me. Shil.me will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
